Our special Vacancy dashboard displays vacancies in the portfolio, both as a percentage and in units in real time. It shows a projection of the loss of rent resulting from the vacancy and the average vacancy duration of the units in the portfolio in months in order to identify optimization potential. It also shows an overview of the number of vacant units over the last few months, broken down by type of use to keep an eye on the trend.
