Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for positioning Realcube as a thought leader for digitalization and marketing its products to relevant audiences.

You will

  • Create successful campaigns which will boost our performance in lead generation, brand building and thought leadership
  • Orchestrate, manage and expand our marketing tool stack
  • Act as the primary owner of our marketing automation tool, implementing and optimising email & automation journeys
  • Develop and maintain our CRM database segmentation for highly personalised marketing campaigns
  • Enhance our Salesforce campaign logic, track and analyse campaign results to advise follow-up improvements
  • Provide reliable campaign performance data and constantly strive for optimisation

What you bring

  • You are a tech-savvy talent who loves to explore the full potential of inspiring marketing content and cutting-edge automation technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably in B2B/SaaS companies
  • Profound knowledge and hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms (Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce), as well as integrating those with other state-of-the-art marketing tools
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Confidence in making data-driven decisions and building audience segments
  • You are an action-oriented team player who loves to interact with different teams and support them more efficiently.
