Executive Assistant to CEO (m/f/d)

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and thereby facilitate his ability to effectively lead the company.

You will

  • Complete administrative tasks like calendar and contact management, travel arrangements, expense and mileage reports, invoice verification and payment
  • Manage all aspects of a smooth workflow within the organization such as filing structure, access rights management and meeting routines
  • Select and purchase equipment, anticipating the future needs as organization grows
  • Keep track of ongoing tasks and projects, mainly by owning the weekly stand-up meeting with central team members
  • Manage your own projects, which will be both organizational and content-related
  • Assist in the preparation and operation of fairs, conferences and meetings such as the regular advisory or investors meeting
  • Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment

What you bring

  • You anticipate needs, think holistically and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism
  • You see the big picture and pay attention to detail at the same
  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced work environment, preferably in B2B/SaaS or consulting companies
  • excellent organizational skills and enjoy combining challenging projects and routine tasks
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse stakeholder groups (staff, senior executives, partners, investors) and ability to build good relationships with them
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Education background in Business Science related studies or equivalent would be a plus
  • Start-up experience or background is a plus
