Head of Sales (m/f/d)

As Head of Sales, you are in charge of designing and leading our Sales department at Realcube and shaping the company’s future from a critical leadership position.

You will

  • Develop the sales vision and strategy, define the Realcube product roadmap, understand essential customer needs and translate them to product roadmap features.
  • Ensure that monthly sales targets are reached or even excelled in securing the growth of realcube in the long term
  • Use CRM data to control and forecast sales activities
  • With your expertise, you actively participate in customer acquisition and build customer partnerships
  • Increase the efficiency of your team with new trends and best practice examples.
  • Develop scalable sales processes to prepare your crew and realcube for further growth.
  • Work closely with the Business Development, CRM, Product and Engineering and Marketing teams on company-wide projects, reporting to the management team.
  • Manage and lead your team to be key thought leaders and deliver unique products that result in a new kind of Business Intelligence in their markets.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in a rich ecosystem of tech and industry partners to drive realcube growth.
  • Establish and track product KPI’s for both product performance and customer value.

What you bring

  • You have at least five+ years of relevant sales experience, including leading functions and a track record of exceeding quota.
  • You are an experienced expert in selling B2B software products, SaaS is a plus, and service offers with a strong track record of bringing products from idea to market.
  • You have a proven ability to train, mentor, and lead a team of product managers and manage various stakeholders and remote teams.
  • Experience in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, or Retail is preferred. Startup experience is a plus.
  • You have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Your strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask is very welcome
  • You have strong leadership and team-building skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English with an expert to C-level clients
  • Passion for agile organisational structures with a strong product focus: this company is built on great products!
  • Expertise in the use of CRM software such as Salesforce
