Senior Business Partner Manager (m/f/d)
of Real Estate Ecoystem

As Senior Business Partner Manager of Real Estate Ecosystem, you will be responsible for the development and expansion of our partner ecosystem with PropTech software providers and established solution providers, focusing on Real Estate Management and Technical Facility Management.

You will

  • Identify technically and commercially interesting partners and generate strong business and technical partnerships with them to differentiate Realcube from the competition
  • Design profitable business and licensing models with partners and certification of partner applications with the Realcube common interface and communication standards
  • Define both ideal business processes as well as the technical integration between Realcube and partner solutions
  • Be the first point of contact for the management, sales department, and development regarding partner-based solutions
  • Translate partner business needs into product requirements and collaborate with the development team to improve the partner experience
  • Engage 1:1 with partners during key points in their integration journey to ensure partner commitment, quality development and an organized launch
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners post launch to maximise impact of this integration, drive integration adoption and extend integration functionality scope

What you bring

  • You have a university degree in a Technical Field (e.g. Computer Science), Business Administration, or a comparable education.
  • You have gained 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management or Management Consulting roles; experience in Technology or Enterprise Software preferred.
  • You have a solid background in Real Estate and/or Facility Management.
  • You demonstrate strong product sensibility, and comfort with considering basic technical feasibility of partner integrations, ideally familiar with REST APIs.
  • You are able to run initiatives and programs independently.
  • You are a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, enterprise technology environment.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to work very closely with partners and customers.
  • You are fluent and comfortable in working and presenting in both English and German.
