Senior Offering Manager (m/f/d)

As Senior Offering Manager, you will develop, launch and manage our new market offerings for Real Estate and Facility Management.

You will

  • Analyze technology and industry trends as well as customer needs and requirements to identify growth opportunities for Realcube
  • Translate trends and requirements into detailed product offerings, including product vision, value proposition, and differentiation strategy
  • Drive stakeholder validation and analyze early feedback to identify and address gaps or opportunities
  • Support development of offering business plans, e.g. financial and resource capacity forecasts
  • Work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure release planning and delivery
  • Define effective routes to market, identifying key channels and potential gaps
  • Create pre- and post-launch materials and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on Go to Market (GTM) and channel enablement plans
  • Recommend, collect and analyze key metrics of offering performance, address weaknesses or GTM execution issues and help to solve them

What you bring

  • You are a strategic, tech-savvy and entrepreneurial visionary who takes on the role of client advocate
  • 5+ years of work experience in the fields of architecture, real estate asset and/or technical facility management
  • Proven ability to drive ideas and projects to completion, preferably in high growth business
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment including familiarity with agile, Kanban or lean product management and development methodologies
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Bachelor’s degree is a minimum, Master’s degree a plus
