Realcube, the cloud platform for smart and flexible digitalisation in the real estate industry, is the main sponsor of this year’s PropTech Germany Awards 2022. With our sponsorship, a prize of 35,000 euros will be presented to the winner of the REAL PropTech Pitches at a gala dinner on April 7 in Frankfurt.

As a provider of an open platform for digitalisation in real estate management, it is with pride and great pleasure that we take on the patronage and main sponsorship of this year’s PropTech Germany Awards. With its open API interface approach, Realcube ensures increased collaboration and fewer data silos in the real estate industry. 

“The importance of working together instead of against each other was painfully demonstrated to us this spring,” says Realcube founder and CEO Uwe Forgber.

More than 200 PropTechs will participate in the industry event REAL PropTech Pitches. 

They will compete with their digital and innovative solutions for the construction and real estate industry in a total of nine categories: Project Development & Smart City, Planning & BIM, Construction & Refurbishment, Financing, Valuation & Investment, Building & Energy Efficiency, Management & Maintenance, Concepts & Services for Tenants & Users, Asset & Portfolio Management, and Marketing, Leasing & Sales. 

“PropTechs play a prominent role in the transformation of the real estate sector. They bring the innovative solutions that the market urgently needs,” says Forgber, adding, “But if every solution remains just an isolated solution, we won’t move forward.”

Inclusion in the Realcube ecosystem

The winner of the PropTech Germany Award will be selected at a gala event in Frankfurt/Main on April 7, 2022. The audience and an independent jury will select the main winner from the winning PropTechs in the nine categories. 

The winner will receive preferential access to the Realcube Cloud Platform and thus to the ecosystem of Realcube customers and partners. In addition, the winning team will benefit from a one-year advisory. 

This advisory includes access to Realcube’s digitisation and scaling experts, valuable contacts with customers, partners and investors, and support with specific issues. In joint customer and sales meetings, PropTech can convince large real estate companies of its solution and generate valuable leads. In addition, Realcube places the winner of the PropTech Germany Award 2022 in a joint marketing campaign.
